5. Click Add… and select or key in the template from the Template drop-down list.

6. Click Add… to specify the user(s)/group(s) and click OK. Repeat the preceding two sub-steps for

each template that will be applied.

7. Click OK.

6.13.2 Managing template options

To add, edit or remove predefined templates:

1. Click Templates and select a template from the Template list.

2. Click Add, Edit or Remove to change or delete templates.
